This leading purpose-designed refuge in Melton South will provide short-term 24/7 crisis accommodation and wrap-around support to 100 young people and young families each year, giving hope and preventing long-term homelessness.

  • Built on land provided by the Melton City Council.
  • Supported with contributions from over 40 business and philanthropic partners.

Hope Street is more than 40 years into its journey of supporting young people and young families who are experiencing homelessness around Melbourne, with projects currently situated in the northern and western regions of the city. We assist young people and young families at risk of or experiencing homelessness by providing them with resources, support, compassion and opportunities to reach their full potential. Our hope is for a future in which every young person and young family has a safe place to call home.
